DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE

Pursuant Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter the GDPR, please be informed that CK Frost Sp. z o.o., Śmiłowice 85, 87-850 Choceń, biuro [at] ckfrost.pl is the controller of your personal data.

As the controller, we will process your data in order to conclude and perform the contract (legal ground – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In connection with data processing for the above purposes, your personal data may be shared with entities that process personal data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement, especially accounting firms, law firms, IT companies, postal or courier service providers or debt collection companies.

Your personal data will be processed for the period as required for the above purposes of processing, i.e. for a period when any claims connected with contract conclusion and performance may arise, in accordance with the claim expiry time limits laid down in the Polish Civil Code, while any data required for proper compliance with any legal obligation binding upon the controller will be retained for the duration required from us under the applicable laws, e.g. tax regulations.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: the right of access to your data and to receive their copies; the right of data rectification; the right of data erasure; the right of restriction of processing; the right to object to data processing; the right of data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the competent Data Protection Office, if you believe that the data processing is in breach of the applicable laws. You provide your data freely. If you fail to provide your data, we will be unable to enter into a contract with you.
